Endless is proud to announce its most recent acquisitions – the ‘Deal of the Year’ and ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ awards at the 2006 Yorkshire Business Insider Dealmaker of the Year ceremony.
The awards ceremony is one of the biggest nights in Yorkshire’s corporate calendar and recognises the efforts and achievements of those in the local corporate finance community. The awards are voted on by corporate financiers, bankers, venture capitalists, accountants and lawyers in the region.
The team won ‘Deal of the Year’ for the acquisition of Peter Black International Ltd in July 2006. Peter Black, one of Yorkshire’s largest private companies, is a £223m turnover supplier of footwear, accessories, beauty products and logistics solutions to the retail sector.
The ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ award was won by partner Garry Wilson, amid stiff competition from colleagues in the corporate finance community. Garry Wilson commented, “These two awards cap a fine first year for Endless and we are very grateful for the recognition from our fellow professionals in the corporate finance community.”
