Kerry joined the Endless team in July 2010 after over five years in professional practice, where she worked within audit, transaction services and consultancy. Kerry has experience in a wide variety of sectors including business services, manufacturing and consumer goods and recently completed an MBA from Manchester Business School in December 2010. She spends time in both the Yorkshire and Midlands markets.
Since joining Endless, Kerry’s highlights and experiences include:
- Transactional work on the acquisition of Midlands-based Acenta Steel (formerly Niagara LaSalle UK), the UK’s largest independent engineering steel processor and distributor. The deal completed in January 2011 and Kerry is involved in ongoing projects as part of the portfolio management team
- Part of the deal team on the London office’s first deal, over £20 million investment in £100 million turnover business Liberata, a leading supplier of business process outsourcing to the public sector
- Post completion projects at The Webb Group including a comprehensive review of costs and working capital processes
- Involvement in marketing initiatives including publications, sector-focused deal origination and Women in Business
- Promotion of Endless within the Midlands and Yorkshire markets
