Mathew Deering

RESUME

Mat joined Endless in March 2006 and was immediately launched headlong into the firm’s largest transaction to date, the acquisition of Peter Black Holdings Limited which completed successfully in July 2006.  Since the celebrations died down (which took some time), Mat has picked up the reins on monitoring a number of the Endless portfolio companies while continuing to work on new transaction opportunities.  Mat is also leading our “Endless Connections” programme to develop links with Directors, Non-Executive Directors and Interim Managers.

Mat is a graduate in Law from the University of Sheffield and a Chartered Accountant who, prior to joining Endless, spent 7 years in the Transaction Advisory Services team at Ernst & Young in Leeds.  During that time, he worked on a broad range of corporate finance and advisory projects, including financial restructurings, business turnarounds and due diligence assignments.
