Warwick Ley

RESUME

Warwick heads our Manchester office and is responsible for Endless’ investment strategy in the North West of England.   

Previously a Director of the Ernst & Young Restructuring practice, Warwick began his career with Arthur Andersen in Australia.  At the respective firms, he led several restructuring and accelerated M&A assignments for private equity, corporate and financial institution clients.  Warwick was seconded to 3i during 2005, where his principal focus was to unlock value on portfolio investments.  This was coupled with an attachment at NatWest Corporate in 1999, where he advised on the viability of new business proposals and debt structures.

Warwick leads Endless’ investments in Neville Johnson Offices, Decorpart and IBP.  He has extensive experience working in many sectors across Europe, the United States and more latterly, China where he is heavily involved in the launch of Decorpart’s Suzhou factory.
