Aidan has operated in the restructuring and turnaround arena for over 14 years, working closely with corporates and financial institutions to deliver solutions to over-leveraged and distressed companies. As a founding member of Endless, Aidan is responsible for sourcing and executing investments in London. He also manages an investment portfolio operating at Board level to drive investment returns.
Recent experience and highlights include:
- Acquisition, portfolio responsibility and exit of Amco Group, a £100m turnover group of companies specialising in specialist engineering, exploratory drilling and property development. The exit of Amalgamated Construction to Renew plc in February 2011 and the subsequent sale of the remaining companies to management delivered a market leading return on investment.
- Accelerated transactional work on the £80 million acquisition and refinancing of Vasanta, the £500 million revenue office supplies group.
- Led the acquisition, portfolio management and exit in February 2010 of Excelsyn; a £15m turnover manufacturer of fine chemicals supplying into the pharmaceutical industry. The exit to Albany Molecular Research Inc delivered a 4x return on investment.
- Principal involvement in the development of the Endless Investment Process including policies, procedures, and standard legal documentation.
