DO YOU MEET OUR CONNECTIONS MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA?

Before you register your details, please consider whether you meet our Connections Membership criteria…

• Do you have a minimum of 3 years experience at Board Level? (i.e. as a Managing Director, Financial Director, Non Executive Director, Chairman, Commercial Director, Operational Director)
• Can you demonstrate experience in managing key stakeholders in a turnaround or MBI/MBO environment?
• Could you provide a minimum of 2 written references, at least one of which would ideally be from a banking, private equity or professional advisory source?
• Do you have a background in or aspire to work in a business aligned with the Endless investment criteria, i.e.
• • £10m to £250m turnover
  • £1m to £20m deal sizes (in terms of Endless funding requirement)
  • Turnaround and MBO/MBI opportunities
  • Established businesses with a core level of earnings/cash flow and defensible market positions
  • NOT start ups or phoenix companies
• While it is not essential, do you have a specialism in an industry sector, technical area or management discipline which may help us to identify opportunities that would suit your profile?
