WHAT IS CORPORATE & SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (‘CSR’)?
CSR is essentially about companies moving beyond a base of legal compliance to integrating socially responsible behaviour into their core values because they believe it is right and in recognition of the potential business benefits in doing so.
THE ENDLESS APPROACH
As an independent private equity house, we aim to conduct our business in a socially responsible manner. We are committed to being a responsible member of the communities in which we operate. We believe that respect for human rights is central to good corporate citizenship.
We aim to be a responsible employer and have adopted corporate values and standards designed to help guide our employees in their conduct and business relationships. These values and standards are an integral part of our culture. Environmental, ethical and social responsibility issues and standards are also taken into consideration in every aspect of the business. This approach has been embedded into our investment and portfolio processes, as detailed below.
As part of the development of Endless, the company has always tried to be true to its values, which are underpinned by a clear focus on ethical behaviour.
INVESTMENT PROCEDURES
We have policies and procedures to reduce the risks of investing in businesses which operate in an environmentally, ethically or socially unacceptable manner. Regular and ongoing consideration is given to all portfolio investments to identify any corporate responsibility risks which may subsequently arise. Corporate investment procedures are in place to deal with any such situations.
AS AN EMPLOYER
Endless has comprehensive behaviour and health & safety policies in place to help ensure that our employees treat their colleagues and others with courtesy and respect.
ENVIRONMENT
As an organisation we use energy efficient lighting and have sourced the most energy efficient gas and electricity in the locality of each office. Unfortunately we are not able to use renewable energy at this time, but adopting an environmentally responsible corporate approach remains a key ongoing priority.

Since our formation in December 2005, we are PROUD to have INVESTED more than £175 MILLION in UK headquartered companies, through completing more than 35 ACQUISITIONS.
We are proud to have invested and be invested in companies with TRUSTED BRANDS in their UK markets, generating COMBINED ANNUAL REVENUES in excess of £1.5 BILLION and more than 10,000 EMPLOYEES.
BRIBERY ACT
As a business, Endless values its people, seeks to perform to a high standard and aims to inspire pride and work in partnership with its clients. It is our policy to conduct all of our business in an honest and ethical manner.
With effect from 1 July 2011, companies may face criminal liability for unlawful actions taken by their employees or associated persons under the Bribery Act 2010. We are completely committed to ensuring full compliance with the new legislation and we will operate a zero tolerance policy for any acts or attempted act of bribery either from third parties or from our own employees.
Every Endless employee and associated person acting for or on behalf of Endless is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of business conduct. Any breach of this policy will constitute a serious disciplinary, contractual and criminal matter for the individual concerned and cause serious damage to the reputation and standing of Endless.
As a result, Endless will continue to adhere to its strict policies that prohibit bribery and other improper payments consistent with the UK Bribery Act 2010.
