Darren Forshaw

RESUME

Prior to co-founding Endless, Darren spent 12 years acting as an adviser to a wide client-base of private equity and banking institutions. Darren’s focus during this time was on restructuring and refinancing over-leveraged and distressed corporates in the North of England.

Through his activity in this arena, it became clear that there was a substantial equity gap in turnaround funding available in the UK, which Endless has been formed to address. Darren is now focusing on investments into both traditional turnaround situations and scenarios where profitable but over-geared businesses can be released from inhibitive debt structures. Darren led the acquisition of Peter Black International Limited in July 2006, which was subsequently awarded Deal of the Year by Yorkshire Business Insider.
