Endless LLP supports Amco MBO

A portfolio of companies with turnover of £100m has been acquired in a management buyout from Amco Corporation Plc. David Jackson and Ian Swire, supported by Endless LLP, have led the buyout which sees four non-core trading companies with 800 employees being acquired by the new parent company Amco Group Limited.

Endless invests in St Neots Packaging

Endless LLP has made its first investment from its debut institutional fund. Endless has taken a significant minority stake in St Neots Packaging ("St Neots"), for an undisclosed amount. Endless has backed the existing owners and management team, Gary Orsman and Michael Kearns, in a deal to support the company’s expansion plans.
