Garry has worked in the turnaround and restructuring arena for over 20 years, first as an advisor to Private Equity houses and Banks on underperforming investments before he founded Endless in 2005.
Garry maintains a close involvement in sourcing and executing new investments and portfolio management as well as managing relations with Endless' twelve institutional investors. Garry's recent projects include:
The £80 million acquisition and refinancing of Vasanta, the £500 million revenue office supplies group. Garry also oversees the implementation of the turnaround plan on this investment.
Acquisition of Crown Paints, one of the UK’s leading branded manufacturers and retailers of decorative coatings and one of Fund II's largest investments.
Supervision of the successful turnaround at The Works, the bargain book and gift retailer acquired by Endless in May 2007.
