A qualified Chartered Accountant, Ian joined the Endless team in 2007 following 7 years of experience in business advisory practices within the audit and restructuring departments. Ian’s sectoral experience includes; manufacturing, building products, motor retail and leisure.
Recent experience and highlights include:
Key member of the Cosalt Holiday Homes restructuring project. A non-core asset purchase from a plc which involved a significant restructuring of the business to downsize the operation in order to achieve a going concern sale of the two operating divisions of static caravans and holiday lodges.
Portfolio management of the STP investment which focussed on the operational and financial restructuring of the building products business.
Active involvement in promotion of Endless in the North West region including deal sourcing, deal targeting, project assessment and delivery.
Ian also manages the North West education initiative which has links with educational institutions within the region. This involves delivery of workshops, presentations and a continuous mentoring scheme.
