A qualified Chartered Accountant, Ian joined the Endless team in 2007 following 7 years of experience in business advisory practices within the audit and restructuring departments. Ian’s sectoral experience includes; manufacturing, building products, motor retail and leisure.
Recent experience and highlights include:
- Member of the investment team on the largest Endless transaction to date Liberata. Ian held the responsibility of ensuring the success of the pioneering solvent pension scheme restructuring process.
- Ian worked extensively post-deal on the Trutex investment as Chief Restructuring Officer. This role encompassed a number of responsibility focusing on laying a stable foundation for the business and accelerating a number of cash and profit generation initiatives.
- Active involvement in promotion of Endless in the North West region including deal sourcing, deal targeting, project assessment and delivery.
- Ian also manages the North West education initiative which has links with educational institutions within the region. This involves delivery of workshops, presentations and a continuous mentoring scheme.
