Indra has over 9 years of experience in industry, professional practice and private equity, having joined the investment team at Endless in 2006. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Indra has worked across a range of sectors including retail, manufacturing and service provision.
Recent experience and highlights include:
Accelerated transactional work on the £80 million acquisition and refinancing of Vasanta, the £500 million revenue office supplies group. Continuing project management and portfolio responsibilities include financial, operational and strategic engagement.
Transactional work and post completion delivery of a significant completion accounts adjustment in the complex acquisition of Crown Paints, one of the UK’s leading branded manufacturers and retailers of decorative coatings.
Part of the delivery team in the Non Core acquisition of British Bookshops & Stationers Limited from an Irish parent looking to retrench from the UK.
Key project management of the firm’s internal fundraising process, culminating in the first and final close of Endless Fund II at £164 million in February 2008.
Ongoing portfolio responsibilities across Homebuy, as well as active involvement in new deal sourcing, assessment and transactions.
Indra also heads up Endless’ Women in Business initiative.
