Praise for Endless Business Game
Date: 28 July 08
Endless participated in Leeds Grammar School's Insight into Management course this month. Endless were asked to design a business game for the 4 day course which students would both enjoy and obtain some business experience from. Students took on the role as Corporate boards of some of the major UK retailers such as M&S and Next and were faced with numerous commercial challenges. The Grammar school has run the course for 22 years and every year it is oversubscribed due to its success. This is the second year Endless have run the retail business game.
Chris Law, Head of the sixth form at the Grammar school commented "I'm not exaggerating when I say that the Endless business game is the single most important innovation in course content in as long as I can remember".
Endless is committed to promoting business experience and education amongst school students as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility agenda. Ian Plumb, Investment Manager at Endless who ran the game commented "The contribution from the students was excellent, responding to pressure situations and generating commercial ideas. These skills are vital for all business in a challenging market environment. Endless are delighted to support local education institutions and look forward to continuing the relationship with Leeds Grammar School"
