Lisa joined Endless in August 2007, after spending one year post graduation as an Assistant Accountant at a FTSE 250 plc. She played a key role in the development of the Endless Finance function and completed three years of professional training before qualifying as a Chartered Management Accountant in October 2010. Her current responsibilities as Endless Fund Accountant include:
- Production of financial statements and audit of Endless’ institutional funds and various associated Endless entities.
- Fund cash management and forecasting; capital calls/distribution notices, banking and treasury.
- Investor reporting.
- Preparation of VAT returns and assisting the Endless Financial Director with other tax matters and compliance.
- Administration of Limited Partnership Agreement requirements (Carried Interest modelling, General Partner share etc)
- Maintenance and development of banking and accounting/reporting IT systems including Lloydslink and Investran.
