Lucia joined the Endless team in September 2008 after 4 years in professional practice where she gained experience across a wide range of sectors both in audit and transaction services. Lucia is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Since joining Endless Lucia has carried out a wide range of transactional, portfolio and marketing roles. These include:
Transactional work in the accelerated acquisition and refinancing of the £500m-turnover stationery supplier Vasanta. Post completion responsibilities include project managing a comprehensive working capital review across the Group.
Post completion responsibilities including financial and strategic involvement in Cosalt Holiday Homes, a non core subsidiary of Cosalt plc involved in the design and manufacture of caravans and holiday lodges and acquired by Endless in October 2008.
Key project management and editorial work in Oxygen, Endless’ own magazine focused on the turnaround industry.
Lucia also plays an active role in the development of Endless’ marketing and deal origination strategy and she is heavily involved in the Endless’ Women in Business initiative.
