The first Endless North West Saint Nick Awards will be held on 19 May 2010.
Named after Saint Nicholas, a venerated miracle worker whose legends depict him as a protector and helper of those in need (and also the patron saint of Bankers!) the Saint Nick Awards seek to recognise the invaluable contribution that the turnaround and restructuring community make to the local economy.
The Awards also provide an excellent networking opportunity; all whilst raising money for charity. Since launching in 2006, the Saint Nick Awards have become one of the most popular events of the restructuring community calendar and have raised over £31,000 for charity, most recently raising £10,000 for Breast Cancer Heaven. In 2010 Endless is introducing the event to the North West community.
There will be several award categories during the night across the accountancy, legal, banking, management and valuation professions, culminating in the "Turnaround Professional of the Year" Award. There will also be a category to recognise the "Rising Star" of the profession.
The North West Saint Nick Awards will be held at the Manchester Art Gallery on 19 May 2010. All profits from the evening will go to the chosen charity, Francis House Children’s Hospice.
