The Endless team has excellent experience of managing and advising underperforming companies and their stakeholders.  Now, at Endless, we also have the cash resources which give turnarounds the best possible chance.  We have an excellent network of high quality interim and turnaround managers across the UK. We can offer Private Equity houses, banks and other stakeholders a choice of options for their underperforming investments;

1. Acquisition

We will provide you with a cash sum to acquire your debt and / or equity rights to provide you with an exit. This is a straightforward mechanism that can be achieved quickly and with minimum fuss. If you wish to exit one or more of your investments we will give you an indicative desktop valuation following receipt of appropriate confidentiality undertakings and up to date information on your investment. Thereafter, we will undertake our own due diligence and provided this is broadly in line with expectations we will complete quickly and with minimum cost. We have already completed several deals on this basis.

2. Payment plus upside sharing

This option gives you the opportunity to obtain a cash sum but also share in the value created from any successful turnaround. In this scenario the value we offer up front will be lower than under option 1 however it will provide you with the opportunity to obtain greater value ultimately through debt, equity and milestone payments.

3. Turnaround support

If you remain keen to hold on to your investment but think that your investment needs a fresh approach and additional resources then Endless can project manage this for you. We provide a much more comprehensive service than an accountancy firm or a standalone Interim or Non Executive Director. We have many years of experience of helping stakeholders of underperforming businesses from our time at Ernst & Young and Andersen. However at Endless we are able to offer a wider service which avoids the need for high consultancy fees, calls on our own skills and network with key stakeholders and utilises our excellent management resource. We will align our reward to your return on a success basis but crucially can also bring cash resources to assist the turnaround - we will put our money where our mouth is. Our aim is capital gain for all parties not fees.
