- 2.1 This Website is owned by Endless LLP and any and all intellectual property rights in the Website including, but not limited to, copyright and database rights and any logos or trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) are owned by and remain the property of Endless LLP (or its third party licensors as applicable) at all times.

5 MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
- 5.1 You may become a member in accordance with these Membership Conditions.
- 5.2 In order to become a member you will have to register on the Website to obtain login details which will enable you to access the membership areas of the Website.
- 5.3 As a member you must treat your login details as confidential and must not disclose them to any third party. You must inform us immediately of any breach of this obligation.
- 5.4 We have the right to disable your membership at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with these terms of use.
- 5.5 Entitlement of members will depend on the type of membership and is as follows:
- 5.5.1 Members who have “General membership” will be entitled to access the Knowledge section of the Website and to receive the Endless email Newsletter and other updates on Endless and its activities by email and by post.
- 5.5.2 Members who have “Connections membership” will be entitled to access the Knowledge section and Connections sections of the Website and to receive the Endless email Newsletter and other updates on Endless and its activities by email and by post.
- 5.5.3 The Connections section of the Website contains information of a confidential nature. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, members agree, in relation to information accessed on the Connections section of the Website, to:
- (a) not disclose the information to any third party without the express prior written consent of Endless LLP;
- (b) keep the information separate from other information obtained from the Website;
- (c) ensure that the information is protected by adequate security measures;
- (d) keep the information under their control; and
- (e) immediately notify Endless LLP of any suspected or actual unauthorised use or disclosure of the information.
- 5.5.4 Members with “Connections membership” may be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement prior to receiving certain further information.

6 EVENTS
- 6.1 While we try to ensure that any events advertised on the Website will run in accordance with the programme as advertised, changes to the programme may be necessary. We will endeavour to post a notice of the changes on the Website as soon as is reasonably possible, however we will not be liable for any loss resulting from any such change.
