The National Three Peaks Challenge is a well known phrase amongst the ‘more adventurous’, not exactly how you would describe the team at Endless!
The challenge ahead involves climbing the three highest mountains in the UK within 24 hours being Ben Nevis, Snowdon and Scafell Pike. Yikes! Forshaw, Yendell, Huse, Deering, Robson, Woolley, Valeinis, Lamb, Bee and Dixon are raring to go! Or we were until we realized quite what was in store! Still the training regime has been scheduled and we are off! No matter how much our colleagues giggle at the chosen team and laugh as we discuss training techniques or tell us horror stories about the challenge, we refuse to be beaten! What is motivating us I hear you ask… well apart from the fact we have spent the festive season over indulging and are all in need of a bit of exercise we also have 2 very worthwhile charities in mind that we think we can raise a worthwhile amount of cash for.
We will be undertaking the challenge on the 16th/17th July together with a team from one of our investments, Homebuy Group, and undoubtedly there will be a little bit of healthy “competition” on the way. We will update the photos with some from the training regime, which will show the scale of the task ahead!
