Warwick leads our Manchester office and has Partner responsibility for Endless’ investment strategy across the North West of England. Australian by birth, Warwick has been in the UK since 1997 and has over 16 years of collective experience in private equity, banking and professional advisory. Warwick was one of the founding members of Endless and has led several investments across the phases of acquisition, portfolio management and exit. Warwick is a qualified chartered accountant and is married with two children.
Recent highlights at Endless include:
Leading the acquisition of Crown Paints Group; the UK and Eire’s second largest branded paint manufacturer and distributor.Warwick has lead responsibility for our investment in Crown and sits on the main Board.
Portfolio management and exit of Neville Johnson Group, a premium fitted furniture business where Endless achieved a 7x return in 2008. Other investment experience at Endless has included Decorpart Group and Glynn Webb, where attractive investment returns were achieved.
International experience in Asia Pacific, specifically China where Endless invested in the turnaround of a UK manufacturer which successfully relocated certain production to a start up wholly owned Chinese subsidiary.
