We are always looking for good business investment opportunities to invest in, but we also want to be clear about what we don't do in order to avoid potentially wasting your time. Situations we do not invest in include:
- Start up funding
- Provision of funding of less than £1 million
- Companies with turnover of less than £20 million, unless for bolt-ons acquisitions to existing portfolio investments
- Companies headquartered or largely operating outside of the UK
- Companies whose primary activities consist of activities which may breach our own investment ethics and guidelines
- Speculative investment in Listed Securities
- Consultancy businesses
