Four Partner appointments at Endless LLP
Endless LLP, the UK based private equity firm, is delighted to announce the appointment of four new partner s at the firm following the recent closing of Fund IV at £525million. Chris Clegg, Mathew Deering, Aidan Robson and James Woolley will join Garry Wilson and Darren Forshaw as Partners in the firm with effect from 1 May 2015.
Chris Clegg, who recently completed the acquisition of the £170 m revenue Yorkshire based business, Adare Group Limited, will lead Endless’s operations in Yorkshire and the North East from its Leeds office. Mathew Deering will continue to lead the firm’s activities in the North West from its Manchester office, having recently completed the acquisition of fleet management business, FMG and the take private of O2O plc. Aidan Robson who has been working closely with the management team to achieve a remarkable transformation and return to profitability at £500m revenue business, Karro Foods, will continue to be based at Endless’s London office and finally, James Woolley will become Partner in charge of Portfolio at the firm. The firm’s investments now number 19 with aggregated revenues of £2.5 billion and employ 14,000 people.
