Liberata achieves customer service excellence

Liberata is pleased to announce that, in partnership with Pendle Borough Council to provide customer service to the community, the Company has achieved excellent results in a recent customer satisfaction survey. When asked how well the council performed across 10 aspects of its customer service, over 96% of its customers gave the highest possible rating of “Very Satisfied”.
