Mark Pacitti joins the Arran Board as Chairman

Arran Aromatics Limited (“Arran”), the luxury Scottish home fragrance and beauty products business, has announced the appointment of Mark Pacitti as Chairman.

Mark is an expert in guiding investment strategies for PE backed businesses and will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to Arran. Mark spent nearly 20 years as a Corporate Finance Partner at Deloitte LLP and most recently was Global Leader of Deloitte Corporate Finance between 2013 and 2018. He has also been Chairman of the ICAEW Corporate Finance Faculty.

The Arran board consists of Mark Pacitti (Chairman), Francesco Santinon (Endless LLP), Chris McKendrick (CEO) and Kevin Meechan (FD).

Arran is a luxury personal care business, making bath, body and beauty products from its home on the Isle of Arran, off the west coast of Scotland. The business was founded by Janet Russell and her husband Iain in the kitchen of their cottage on the Isle of Arran in 1989. Since then, it has grown to be one of the best-loved brands in Scotland and continues to manufacture all of its products on the Isle of Arran to this day.
