James Briggs is set to accelerate its impressive growth after implementing the latest Syspro ERP system across the business. The culmination of a significant two-year project saw the new system go live for the 2016 New Year and will increase capability across production, customer service, supply chain and finance functions.

Fully implementing the new ERP system is further good news in what has been a highly successful 2015 for James Briggs. The past 12 months have seen the manufacturer acquire the brand assets of leading janitorial supplier, Premiere Products, as well as securing a nationwide distribution deal with B&Q for its Nilco cleaning brand.

Commenting on the new system, James Briggs CEO Tim Pugh said: “Whilst we’ve announced a raft of new partnerships and distribution deals in the last 12 months, behind the scenes we have been quietly upgrading our IT systems to support current and future expansion. The introduction of this new software will be a major enabler for our growth, improving the way we work with our clients as well as improve the efficiency of our internal operations.

“We’re on an extremely exciting growth trajectory and the greater capabilities we expect to enjoy from this change to our processes will have an unprecedented influence on the future of the business.”
