Trustmarque merges with Trinity

Trustmarque Solutions Limited (“Trustmarque”) has today announced that it has merged with Trinity, the IT solutions division of parent company, Liberata. The new Trustmarque combines its market leading position as a software services, licensing and solutions provider, with Trinity’s systems integration and unique cloud computing capabilities. This unparalleled combination enables customers to simplify IT and empower their workforces.

“Trinity is a fantastic systems integrator that delivers robust cloud services and platforms. Trustmarque is a leader in software licensing and solutions. Together, the new Trustmarque offers a unique end-to-end proposition that supports customers in their journey to the cloud,” said Scott Haddow, CEO, Trustmarque. “Our aim is to simplify the increasingly complex world of IT, by helping our customers empower their people to use technology that creates better business outcomes. Cloud computing has made the deployment of new technology much quicker, thereby increasing business agility. However, it has also made managing IT more complex, leaving organisations with an often confusing range of deployment and commercial models to choose from. Most organisations can’t afford the time or cost to engage with large consulting firms, yet traditional VARs don’t have the expertise to meet their needs. Offering pragmatic advice, technology and services we aim to deliver immediate value by making IT simple.”

Trinity has a proven track record in designing, building and operating cloud platforms for a range of large public and private sector organisations. The integration of Trinity significantly accelerates Trustmarque’s strategy to become an end-to-end provider of professional, managed and cloud-based IT services to organisations across the UK. With more than 600 staff and 2,000+ clients, the merger makes Trustmarque one of the largest UK-based IT services providers.

Current Trustmarque CEO, Scott Haddow, will lead the new expanded organisation. Allan Jackson, will be COO of Trustmarque, and Angelo Di Ventura will take responsibility for sales and marketing across the combined organisation.

“Merging with Trinity has really accelerated our strategy. We have a healthy ratio between services and solutions revenue – a position that is unique in the competitive landscape. Together, we have the most wide-ranging, mature and robust services offering on the market.” Haddow continued. “As older technologies like Windows Server 2003 come to end of life and new solutions come to market, 2015 is likely to mark a watershed for both Trustmarque and our customers. Underpinned by Liberata’s strong balance sheet, Trustmarque is perfectly positioned to help organisations navigate their journey to the cloud and do business in more innovative ways.”
